EAM Solar ASA announced a correction to its share consolidation timeline, specifying that the change of ISIN will occur on June 30, 2025, instead of the previously stated July 2, 2025. The company has increased its share capital by issuing 16 new shares to facilitate this consolidation, which will result in a new ISIN and affect shareholders with less than 20 shares as they will be rounded down to zero.
