EAM Solar ASA announced a rights issue to raise up to NOK 20 million by issuing 20 million new shares at a subscription price of NOK 11 per share. The subscription period runs from October 6 to October 20, 2025, with tradable subscription rights available on Euronext Growth Oslo. Existing shareholders will be granted subscription rights, and oversubscription is allowed. The rights issue is conditional on raising at least NOK 7,649,740 and the publication of a prospectus. If these conditions are not met, the issue may be withdrawn, and subscription rights will lapse without value.
