Eagle Plains Resources has agreed to sell its Slocan Graphite Project to Weaver Energy Corp. for $150,000 and a 0.5% net production royalty. The project, located in British Columbia, benefits from excellent infrastructure and is one of the few natural flake graphite production facilities in North America.
