Eagle Plains, Refined Metals Partner on Uranium Project

Eagle Plains Resources (TSE:EPL) has released an update.

Eagle Plains Resources has teamed up with Refined Metals Corp. to allow Refined an exclusive option to acquire up to a 75% stake in the Dufferin Uranium Project. Refined can secure a 60% interest initially and an additional 15% later by meeting cash, share issuance, and exploration investment requirements by specific deadlines. The partnership is poised to advance exploration in the Athabasca Basin, a region celebrated for its high-grade uranium deposits.
