Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Ltd. has been involved in ongoing sales of sportswear products to the Li Ning Group since January 2019, transactions that continued after Eagle Nice’s subsidiary Dongneng became 80% owned by them. These dealings are considered continuing connected transactions and have not met the required disclosure and annual cap setting as per Listing Rules. Three other Eagle Nice subsidiaries have also engaged in similar transactions with the Li Ning Group since August 2019.
