Eagle Hospitality Trust has announced the successful completion of the voluntary liquidation of its wholly-owned Singapore Subsidiaries, S1 and S2, as part of the dissolution process of EH-REIT. The final general meetings have been conducted, leading to the formal dissolution of S1 on 4 June 2024 and S2 on 26 May 2024. This move is in accordance with the terms of the Confirmed Plan previously communicated to Stapled Securityholders in earlier updates.
