United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), on behalf of E2I Ltd., has extended an offer to acquire all issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Silverlake Axis Ltd, excluding treasury shares and those already acquired by the offeror. This move follows a series of announcements and documents related to the offer, which began with an initial offer announcement on August 26, 2024, and was followed by an offer document on September 9, 2024. Notably, the offeror has declared the offer consideration to be final, indicating no further increase.
