E2Gold Inc. is set to raise $500,000 through a private placement of equity to fund drilling at its Hawkins Project and for other corporate needs. The financing will offer units at C$0.020 and flow-through units at C$0.025, aiming to expand the McKinnon Zone Inferred Resource. Concurrently, the Company announces the departure of Ellie Owens from the Board of Directors and as President, as she moves on to a new role in the industry.
