E2Gold Inc., a Canadian gold exploration company, has successfully completed a private placement raising $386,450. The financing will support the exploration of its flagship Hawkins Gold Project and for general corporate purposes. The offering included over 18 million units and flow-through units, with insiders purchasing a significant portion.
