E2 Metals Ltd. has announced that Mr. Eduardo Elsztain has become a substantial shareholder in Unico Silver Limited, acquiring a 11.62% voting power through 5,458,833 fully paid ordinary shares. Along with associates Austral Gold Limited and Austral Gold Canada Limited, which are acting in concert with Elsztain, the group has significant influence over the company’s affairs. The shares were acquired on 25 June 2024, with Elsztain paying a total consideration of $873,413 for his stake.
