E-Tech Resources Inc. is set to raise $600,000 through a private placement to support its exploration and operational activities, offering up to 12 million units at $0.05 each. These funds are aimed at advancing the company’s Eureka Rare Earths Project in Namibia. A registered dealer, Numus Capital Corp., has been engaged to facilitate the transaction, which is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
