E-Tech Resources Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $600,000 through the sale of 12 million units to support its exploration activities and provide working capital. Notably, insiders, including Wade Dawe, increased their holdings, with Dawe’s stake rising to 15.4%. The company, focusing on rare earth development in Namibia, secured Numus Capital Corp.’s services and is awaiting final TSXV approval.
