E-Power Resources Inc. is set to enhance its financial footing through a private placement of units aimed at raising $420,000. The capital raised will be channeled into general working capital needs, and the placement includes shares and half-share purchase warrants, which will be offered under private placement exemptions and is expected to conclude by late October 2024.
