E-Power Resources Completes $100K Private Placement

E-Power Resources, Inc. (TSE:EPR) has released an update.

E-Power Resources Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $100,000 through the issuance of 1,250,000 units at $0.08 each. These funds are earmarked for exploration expenses on their flagship Tetepisca Graphite Property in Quebec, with all investments being flow-through eligible for tax purposes. The placement did not include insider participation, but compensation was provided to Qwest Fund Management Ltd. for their role as a finder.
