E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Limited announced significant changes to its board with Ms. Jiang Shanshan resigning as a non-executive Director and Ms. Yuan Li stepping in as her replacement and new authorised representative from August 30, 2024. Ms. Yuan, who brings experience from within the company’s subsidiary Leju Holdings Limited, where she serves as CFO, will not receive remuneration but will be reimbursed for expenses. The company expressed gratitude to Ms. Jiang for her contributions during her tenure.
