E-Home Household Service Holdings ( (EJH) ) has shared an update.

On March 16, 2026, E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited disclosed that Nasdaq staff had determined the company’s ordinary shares failed to maintain the required minimum bid price of $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, breaching Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company’s prior reverse stock splits since September 24, 2024, including a 1-for-10 and a 1-for-50 split with a cumulative 1-for-500 ratio, rendered it ineligible for the standard 180-day compliance period under Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A).

As a result, Nasdaq staff decided to delist E-Home’s securities from The Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading originally set to be suspended at the market open on March 25, 2026, but the company filed a timely hearing request on March 17, 2026 that automatically stayed the suspension and delisting. A Nasdaq Hearings Panel session has been scheduled for April 16, 2026, where E-Home plans to present a strategy to regain compliance, but the company cautioned there is no assurance the appeal will succeed or that it can meet Nasdaq’s listing standards again, leaving investors facing material uncertainty about the stock’s listing status.
