The company complements product sales with turnkey installation and multi-channel customer service, aiming to streamline pre- and post-sales support.
The Board of Directors has opted to use an extended deadline to call the shareholders’ meeting to approve the 2025 financial statements, due to ongoing completion of data collection and validation from its Spanish subsidiary needed for the consolidated accounts. As a result, E-Globe has updated its 2026 corporate events calendar, setting new dates for board approval of the 2025 annual results, the shareholders’ meeting, and the half-year financial report, and has committed to promptly notify investors of any further changes.
