E. Bon Holdings Limited has announced contingency plans for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for 6 September 2024, in the event of severe weather. If a significant tropical cyclone warning or black rainstorm warning is issued, the AGM will be postponed to the following week, on 13 September, at the same location. Shareholders are assured that their proxy forms will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting and the agenda will remain the same.
