DZS Inc. has entered into an agreement to sell its Network Assurance and WiFi Management software portfolio to AXON Networks for $34 million. This strategic transaction allows DZS to focus on its core Networking, Connectivity, and Cloud Edge solutions, while AXON integrates these assets into its Network-as-a-Service portfolio, enhancing its capabilities in service management and orchestration. The deal also strengthens the partnership between the two companies, creating new cross-selling opportunities and advancing innovation in broadband networking solutions.
