DZS Inc. Faces Nasdaq Delisting Over Reporting Noncompliance

The latest announcement is out from DZS (DZSI).

DZS Inc. has failed to meet the Nasdaq’s filing requirements for its quarterly and annual financial reports, leading to a decision by Nasdaq to suspend trading of the company’s securities and initiate delisting procedures. Despite being granted an extension to file the overdue reports, the company could not comply by the set deadline. DZS Inc. is working to rectify the issue and expects its securities to trade over-the-counter post-suspension while it continues to work on submitting the required financial restatements.
