An update from Dynatrace (DT) is now available.
Dynatrace, Inc. has launched a Short-Term Incentive Plan, starting in fiscal year 2025, to offer cash bonuses to eligible employees, including executive officers, based on the achievement of financial and operational objectives. Bonuses will be determined by set performance targets and measured against the company’s results at the end of each fiscal year. Employees must be actively employed and meet certain conditions to receive their bonus, which is also subject to a Clawback Policy. The Compensation Committee, with some powers delegated to Management, will oversee the administration of the Plan.
