Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited ( (HK:0828) ) has provided an announcement.
Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited has warned that profit attributable to shareholders for 2025 is expected to fall sharply to between HK$11.7 million and HK$15.0 million, down about 55% to 65% from HK$33.4 million a year earlier. The decline is driven mainly by a 35% to 38% drop in revenue to about HK$168 million to HK$175 million, reflecting weaker wine demand in China, particularly for medium- to high-end products, and higher loss allowances for trade receivables.
The company said the impact was partially offset by a net gain from a compensatory surrender booked during the year and stressed that the figures are based on unaudited management accounts, pending final audit adjustments. In response to challenging macroeconomic conditions and soft consumption, Dynasty is adjusting its strategy by reinforcing its core markets with premium offerings, tapping into low-alcohol and youth-oriented segments, expanding online sales channels, and tightening cost controls to mitigate operational pressures.
The most recent analyst rating on (HK:0828) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.26 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Dynasty Fine Wines Group Limited stock, see the HK:0828 Stock Forecast page.
