DynaResource (DYNR) has shared an update.
Rene Mladosich has stepped down as General Manager of the San Jose de Gracía Company, effective June 17, 2024, under a Separation Agreement that also ends his previous Employment Agreement. He will receive three months of severance pay, but will forfeit 112,500 unvested shares of restricted Common Stock back to the company.
