Matthew Freedman and Rangehill Holdings Pty Ltd, associated with The Calypso Family Trust, have ceased to be substantial shareholders in Dynamic Group Holdings Limited, selling their entire stake of 9,614,553 shares at $0.28 each. The transaction took place on the market through a takeover acceptance on August 30, 2024. This significant change in ownership marks a new chapter for Dynamic Group’s shareholder landscape.
