Dynamic Group Holdings Ltd’s board has unanimously accepted the on-market takeover offer by AFS for all shares at $0.28 each, with AFS now controlling over 81% of Dynamic Group shares. The board advises remaining shareholders to accept the offer before it closes on September 9, 2024, warning that share prices may drop and liquidity could decrease, making it hard to sell shares post-offer.
