Matthew Freedman, a director of Dynamic Group Holdings Limited, has recently altered his stake in the company by disposing of 9,614,553 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.28 each. Following this significant transaction, Freedman retains indirect interests through 1,077,500 unlisted incentive options across various exercise prices and expiry dates. The change occurred through an acceptance of an on-market takeover offer, notably not during a closed period requiring written clearance.
