Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has announced that there will be no downward adjustment to the conversion price of its A share convertible bonds, despite the stock’s recent performance which met conditions for consideration of a price reduction. The conversion price had previously been adjusted due to equity distributions in 2021, 2022, and 2023, but will now remain unchanged, adhering to the terms set forth at the bond issuance and subsequent regulations.
