Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.1 per share for the six months ending 30 June 2024, with an ex-dividend date set for 26 September 2024. The record date will be on 04 October 2024, and details regarding the dividend payment date and the HKD amount are yet to be announced. Non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the declared dividend.
