dynaCERT Secures Funding Through Private Placement

dynaCERT (TSE:DYA) has released an update.

dynaCERT Inc. has successfully completed the initial phase of its private placement, raising $1,915,100 with the sale of 12,767,333 units at $0.15 each, contributing to a maximum offering of $2,500,000. Each unit includes a common share and a half warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.20 for up to three years. The funds will support the global sales of the company’s HydraGEN™ Technology Products and other corporate purposes.
