Dye & Durham Limited is set to defend against what they consider a meritless lawsuit by OneMove, who along with Engine Capital LP, is trying to gain control of the company’s board without offering shareholders a premium. The company has rejected a settlement that included two board seats and is taking steps to reposition itself and reconstitute the board amidst the ongoing dispute.
