Dye & Durham Nominates Director, Rejects Proposal

Dye & Durham (TSE:DND) has released an update.

Dye & Durham Limited has confirmed the nomination of Eric Shahinian by OneMove Capital Ltd. for election to its board at the upcoming special shareholders’ meeting, while also rejecting OneMove’s proposal to remove existing director Edward Prittie. The board deemed the removal proposal invalid, interpreting it as a personal grievance, and highlighted Prittie’s strong track record and high shareholder support. Shareholders will be provided with detailed voting information prior to the meeting.
