Dye & Durham Limited has postponed its upcoming special shareholders’ meeting due to a court endorsement resulting from ongoing litigation with OneMove Capital Ltd. The new meeting date will be set for Fall 2024, following the court’s decision on the scheduled August 28 hearing. The company is also negotiating with parties to avoid the costs of a contested shareholder meeting.
