DyDo Group Holdings, Inc. ( (JP:2590) ) has provided an update.

DyDo Group Holdings reported consolidated net sales of ¥241.2 billion for FY2025, up 1.7% year on year, but profitability deteriorated sharply due to a ¥29.8 billion impairment loss, turning profit before income taxes and profit attributable to owners of parent into substantial losses. Operating profit fell in key segments, and the group posted a loss attributable to owners of parent of ¥30.3 billion, reflecting both the impairment and weaker ordinary profit.

Selling, general and administrative expenses were broadly flat at about ¥104.8 billion, while capital expenditure rose 15.2% to ¥16.4 billion and depreciation increased 5.5%, underscoring continued investment despite earnings pressure. Results were also significantly affected by hyperinflationary accounting adjustments at the Turkish subsidiary, which boosted reported sales but reduced operating and ordinary profits and deepened net losses, highlighting the risks around DyDo’s international expansion and overall financial resilience.

The most recent analyst rating on (JP:2590) stock is a Hold with a Yen2525.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on DyDo Group Holdings, Inc. stock, see the JP:2590 Stock Forecast page.
