Duxton Water Ltd. has reported a significant increase in its half-year financial results, with revenue up by 25% and a soaring 191% increase in profit after tax, reaching $8.3 million. The company also announced a fully franked dividend payout of 3.6 cents per share, despite a slight decrease in net asset value per share from $1.62 to $1.51. These strong results are underpinned by a substantial $46.6 million in unrealised capital gains on their water portfolio.
