Duxton Farms Limited has announced the appointment of Rachel Triggs as a new director effective from October 11, 2024. In compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1, the company disclosed that Triggs currently holds no registered securities in the company. The notice also confirms there are no relevant interests in securities where Triggs is not the registered holder, nor any interests in contracts to report.
