Duty Free International Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Kelana Megah Sdn. Bhd., has entered into a joint development agreement with Chin Hin Property (Stulang) Sdn. Bhd. to develop a significant parcel of land in Johor Bahru. The collaborative project aims to leverage the property investment expertise of both parties to realize the potential of the 17,342 square meter leasehold land. This strategic move marks a significant venture for the company into the property development sector.
