Duty Free International Limited has announced significant changes to its Board and various committees following its annual general meeting. Key re-designations include Mr. Chew Soo Lin as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Jeneral Abdullah as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee, and new leadership roles for Ms. Haslin Osman and Mr. Quek Meng Teck. Additionally, General Mohd Azumi and Dato’ Megat Hisham have resigned, leading to a reconstitution of the Board’s composition.
