Duro Felguera has initiated negotiations with creditors to develop a restructuring plan aimed at ensuring the company’s future viability and preserving jobs. This move will also address disputes, including those related to the Djelfa project in Algeria, while continuing its ongoing projects. The company has submitted the necessary requests to the Commercial Courts of Gijón to facilitate these negotiations.
