Dunelm Group plc has announced that Jean Adderley sold 500,000 shares, reducing the Concert Party’s stake to 37.32% of the company’s voting rights. This transaction could allow the Concert Party to increase its voting power to a maximum of 38.27% if the company repurchases shares from other parties.
