Duke Energy Appoints Harry Sideris as New President

Duke Energy (DUK) has shared an update.

Duke Energy Corporation has appointed Harry K. Sideris as its new President starting April 1, 2024, with a compensation package including a $900,000 base salary and additional incentive opportunities. Sideris has been with the company since 1996 and has held various leadership roles, most recently as Executive Vice President. Meanwhile, Lynn J. Good remains CEO and Chair of the Board, and the company is preparing for the retirement of Executive Vice President Steven K. Young, with plans to redistribute his duties among other executives.
