Duke Capital Limited has announced the successful sale of City Education & Learning Group Limited by their capital partner, Step Investments Limited, to Planet Education Works. Step Investments, which Duke has supported with £11.5m since 2018, received an initial €5.2m with a future option for an additional €3.0m, valuing the subsidiary at €12.0m. This strategic divestiture underscores Step’s ability to effectively scale and divest businesses, providing a solid return on investment and enabling a continued focus on media opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
