DUG Technology Ltd (AU:DUG) has released an update.
DUG Technology Ltd has entered into an exclusive global licensing agreement with Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc (BAC) to provide BAC with rights to use and sell DUG’s immersion-cooling technology, DUG Cool. The partnership aims to revolutionize the data center cooling market, combining DUG’s patented technology and BAC’s manufacturing capabilities. DUG will receive royalties on BAC’s net sales of the immersion cooling tanks while retaining rights to use the technology in its own products.
