DUG Technology Ltd has announced the issuance of 331,311 unquoted securities under an employee incentive scheme on June 27, 2024. These securities, which are options expiring on June 30, 2038, are not to be traded on the ASX until certain restrictions lapse. The move is part of the company’s efforts to incentivize and reward employees.
