DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited ( (HK:0620) ) has shared an announcement.

DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings disclosed that its controlling shareholder, Da Tang Xi Shi International Holdings Limited, has defaulted on a loan secured by a charge over 43 million of the company’s shares, representing about 5.37% of its issued share capital. The company noted that, as of the announcement date, no forced sale of the pledged shares has occurred and there has been no change in the controlling shareholder’s stake, with Lu Jianzhong and related entities collectively maintaining majority control.

The board said it had observed recent share price declines and higher trading volumes and, after reasonable inquiries, confirmed it was unaware of other undisclosed reasons for the market movements beyond the loan default situation. Trading in the company’s shares was temporarily halted on 20 March 2026 pending the disclosure and the company has applied for trading to resume on 23 March 2026, while advising shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution in dealing in its securities.
