DTI Group Ltd ( (AU:DTI) ) just unveiled an update.

DTI Group has begun work on the first two contracts under its new framework agreement with Spanish train manufacturer CAF, supplying CCTV and rear-vision systems for 10 new London North Eastern Railway trains and CCTV for 13 new trains in Medellin, Colombia, with a combined value of €747,000. The company also advanced deliveries of ruggedised network video recorders to Rio Tinto in line with schedule, reported $3.29 million in customer receipts against operating and staff costs that kept its quarter-end cash equivalent balance at $0.49 million, and disclosed terms of a previously arranged $700,000 unsecured loan due by April 2028.

These contract wins deepen DTI’s foothold in international rail markets and demonstrate early commercial traction from the CAF framework, potentially supporting future orders and revenue visibility. The ongoing Rio Tinto deliveries and detailed cash-flow figures highlight both steady operational execution and the company’s reliance on external financing to support growth, which will be closely watched by investors assessing liquidity and long-term balance sheet strength.
