DS Smith Plc has announced an update on voting rights and share capital, revealing the issuance of 157,785 additional ordinary shares since August 1, 2024, which brings the total number of shares in issue to 1,380,188,895. All issued shares are of one class with each share granting one vote at the company’s general meetings, and none are held in treasury. Shareholders can use the new total figure for regulatory disclosure calculations.
