DS Smith PLC has announced an update on its share capital, with the issuance of 431,971 new ordinary shares since July 1, 2024, bringing the total to 1,380,031,110 shares. These shares are all entitled to voting rights, with no shares held in treasury, which shareholders can use as a reference for disclosure obligations.
