Dropsuite CEO Sells Shares, Retains Stake

Dropsuite (AU:DSE) has released an update.

Dropsuite’s CEO, Charif Elansari, has recently sold 300,000 company shares for personal financial reasons, a transaction approved by the company’s chairman and in line with its trading policy. The sale represents 8.67% of Elansari’s total holdings, leaving him with a 4.50% stake in the global cloud backup firm, underscoring his continued investment in the company’s future.
