Dropsuite Limited, a leading global provider of cloud backup and archiving software, has announced plans to consolidate its share capital to attract a broader range of international investors, particularly from North America, where it earns most of its revenue. Pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the company will convert every ten existing shares into one new share. This consolidation aims to enhance the share price’s appeal without altering each shareholder’s proportional interest in Dropsuite.
