DroneShield Limited has announced the appointment of two new Independent Non-Executive Directors, Mr Richard Joffe and Ms Simone Haslinger, to its Board, effective from 9 October 2024. Joffe brings a wealth of experience in technology and scaling companies, including founding Honey Insurance, while Haslinger offers 20 years of investment banking expertise, with roles at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank. The additions aim to enhance the company’s existing board skillset as DroneShield continues to expand in the defense technology sector.
